When I say, Bizarrely enough?  I mean, Limp Bizkit and Lil Wayne? Gotta be one of the weirdest collaboration in a while. However, It doesn’t disappoint in terms of that retro Limp Bizkit quality.

I don’t usually talk “ROCK” on my blog, but this track or band is an exception. And, I am not even afraid of admitting that my love for the whole Rap game started way back in 90’s with Limp Bizkit’s “Significant Other” and “Chocolate Starfish and Hot Dog Flavored Water“, both created some astonishing records at that time in the music Industry.

There’s no denying the  fact that Limp Bizkit are known to be the founders of this new sound, a crossover between Metal, Nu Metal and Rap Metal with some hint of funk and scratchin’. However, in the recent years they somewhat lost that real sound with their last album “Gold Cobra” performing disappointingly awful on the charts.

Well, it’s a breath of fresh air to listen to this new record titled “Ready To Go” which is going to act as the first single off their upcoming album titled “Stampede of the Disco Elephants“,  going to be released by their new label Cash Money Records. Apparently, the reason why they got Cash Money’s golden goose “Weezy” to drop a quick firey verse on this track. On and all, I was amazed when someone told me that superproducer Polow Da Don is to blame for the productions? That’s interesting.  Over all, I have been listening to this track for the past few hours and it has started to grow on me, except that lengthy, much an unnecessary outro.

We got the stream for you, down below. Don’t forget to cop the single and support the artist as soon as it surfaces around the iTunes and other major stores.
